Norden excels in healthcare, connecting hospital infrastructure and technology to transform patient experiences. We collaborated closely with the Norden team on strategy and roadmap definition, system development, and the new version of the MeuNorden mobile app — combining high technical performance with fluid usability, so professionals can focus on what matters most: caring for people.
In healthcare, design challenges go beyond usability: every interface decision must comply with strict regulatory standards, ensure security in handling sensitive data, and work reliably for two very distinct audiences — patients and healthcare professionals. The goal was to make both journeys more intuitive without compromising LGPD compliance and HL7/FHIR interoperability standards — security and privacy guaranteed from the first wireframe.

MeuNorden was launched on Android and iOS with distinct, optimized journeys for patients and healthcare professionals. The combination of rigorous discovery, human-centered design, and applied AI resulted in a more intuitive experience without compromising the sector's regulatory requirements. The entire project was delivered in compliance with LGPD and HL7/FHIR standards — security and privacy guaranteed in every screen.
