Summit Visa handles complex immigration visas — EB-2 NIW, EB-1A, and O-1 — where each petition depends on dozens of documents and a coherent story across CV, recommendation letters, and the petition draft. We built a case management system where AI does the heavy lifting of screening and verification, and the attorney makes the final decision: less rework, less risk of filing too early, and more confidence at every step of the process — without compromising legal responsibility.
Processes that depend on documentary precision
In immigration, a weak document or an inconsistent narrative can cost the case. Manual review consumed hours of the team's time and generated constant rework. Cases advanced to the next stage with fragile documentation, increasing the risk of RFE and NOID. Critical knowledge was locked in the heads of a few specialists, and clients were anxious without clear visibility into case progress — a scenario that compromised both legal quality and the client experience.

We designed a system where artificial intelligence accelerates and protects the attorney's work — never to replace it. Every feature was built around one clear principle: AI identifies, flags, and suggests; legal responsibility remains human. The result is scale without sacrificing safety, and confidence at every step of the process.
Automated Pre-Analysis
Using OCR and LLM, AI reviews each document before human eyes and returns a score from 0 to 100 with comments — flagging incomplete, illegible, wrong-language, unsigned, or date-inconsistent files. Eliminates rework and prevents cases from advancing with weak documentation.
Readiness Score
Each case receives a dynamic score that answers one objective question: is it ready to file? The score crosses approved documents, quality, narrative consistency, time stalled, and visa complexity — supporting an objective decision and reducing premature filing.
Narrative Consistency
AI reads CV, recommendation letters, and the petition draft together and flags where the story doesn't hold — contradictions, chronological gaps, weak repetitions, and unsupported claims. Internal alerts and strengthening suggestions: AI suggests, humans decide.
Risk Detection
Drawing from historical patterns, AI identifies similar cases that generated RFEs and flags the absence of key evidence in subjective criteria, signaling weaknesses before they become a USCIS demand. Each criterion receives a clear flag, such as "Risk: Medium – National Importance".
Case Manager Copilot
AI works alongside the team, not the client: generates case summaries, automatic timelines, suggested next steps, and inconsistency alerts. Accelerates onboarding of new team members and reduces dependence on the tacit knowledge of a few specialists.
Client Transparency
Clients track progress with a visual timeline and status in plain language, with realistic expectations and no promise of outcome. Smart communication anticipates recurring questions, reducing anxiety and the volume of unnecessary follow-ups.
